AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is crooked. A few years ago, they fixed my 90-year-old father's water heater at a cost that was at least 20 times higher than it should have been. When it didn't work properly, they had someone come out and tell him he may need $11,000 in pipe repairs. He had a local repairman come out and fix the problem for $150. They are just trash! They wanted me to buy a whole new heating system just because they're so called "repair men" didn't know what the problem was. I went local, and the repair cost ........ A 20 DOLLAR SENSOR THAT FAILED!!! that was it!maybe they should hire people who actually went to school and studied. Not some bums off the street..... Just don't bother! Again, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING

Be careful when buys central air conditioner, I was ripped off, they gave me a generic air unit, no name on it.3 phone numbers been disconnected ,vallthe number on th,they said I wasn't in the system because I live in the city they only serve suburbs. I had to call bbb

Gerry M was very capable and professional. Arrived promptly, solved our issue. It's very reassuring having a service like ABC H & C when you have an emergency situation. They are very responsive.
