I had an appt scheduled to get my furnace tuned up and ready winter on a Friday. They called me at 10:30pm and told me the guy is an hour away. I told them no! I'm in bed and have to go to work tomorrow. We reschedule for the following Monday. Never showed. We rescheduled for the following Friday. Never showed. We rescheduled for the following Monday. He finally shows! He exams my furnace and takes pictures. Shows me the pictures and tells me my heat exchanger is rusted and cracked and will start leaking carbon monoxide soon... read more

It was sad to see so many one star ratings. My five stars is only because of the tech that came out. Logan did a good thorough job. I got the AC and furnace tuned up and the dryer air vent cleaned.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is crooked. A few years ago, they fixed my 90-year-old father's water heater at a cost that was at least 20 times higher than it should have been. When it didn't work properly, they had someone come out and tell him he may need $11,000 in pipe repairs. He had a local repairman come out and fix the problem for $150. I recently discovered they have been charging my father's credit card for $16-20 PER MONTH. I have tried calling their support to have this issue resolved, and the call dropped twi... read more

They are just trash! They wanted me to buy a whole new heating system just because they're so called "repair men" didn't know what the problem was. I went local, and the repair cost ........ A 20 DOLLAR SENSOR THAT FAILED!!! that was it!maybe they should hire people who actually went to school and studied. Not some bums off the street..... Just don't bother! Again, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING
