Two technicians showed up next day after calling. Adjusted my gas furnace and explained what was wrong. Located in Bethlehem, will be using again to service in future
I have mixed feelings about my experience with this company. On one hand, the technicians were amazing, they were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. On the other hand, the administrative side of the business is incredibly difficult to deal with. The scheduling process was highly unprofessional. I was initially called and told a technician was 25 minutes away without having a confirmed appointment. ABC was the company my construction company contacted to do the new backup propane system for my house. There were a couple of issues with the new unit and ABC was excellent in their response and warranty repair. Definitely recommend.
Wish I would've read these horrible reviews before hiring ABC. In short they've been to my house 3 times and $3000 later the problem hasn't been fixed. I was told the problem is inside my outdoor condenser and will need a new one. Same exact error code after brand new unit installed. WASTED money.
