Warranty service through cinch. He showed up right on time diagnosed and fixed the issue on my ac unit in less than 30 minutes. And it is now running like normal again.
I would not recommend. Cinch home warranty sent this company a work order. Nearly 2 weeks and the company has not came out. But I’m lucky!! After reading the reviews I’m glad I didn’t have deal with the stress this company may have caused. I talked with the owner of the company. He wasn’t rude. He just had no time management. His electrician was in hospital and just got released Friday and today is Monday he has to see his doctor. If he knew he couldn’t do it he should have reached out to the home warranty company. I'm not sure why everyone is leaving such negative reviews for him. He just came to my house this morning. Change the capacitor on my air conditioner and he was super nice. I only had to wait a day and a 1/2 for service. I had absolutely no problem.
Racism called and said that he doesn’t like working for blacks. He was assigned to by Homeserv thru Louisville water company that we pay handsomely for on our water bill. Very nasty, rude and made racial remarks
