Confirmed booking a week in advance, confirmed the booking again the day before, rearranged plans and got someone to be at the house just to receive a text 15 minutes past the booking time saying they had just seen my booking and weren't coming. Once i expressed my disappointment there was no sorry just a message to ask for photo’s of whats wrong with the door. Went with someone else who could be bothered with the job.

Excellent customer service, guys came out within 30 mins of call (and this was after hours) and fixed the problem quickly so I could get my garage door closed and house secure. Highly recommend their service.

Hi, words can’t describe the help and service I received over the phone, from an ABC Garage Door personnel I called tonight. The service and support were beyond excellent and exceptional, words can’t describe it. I called several other garage door repair companies, but the where focused on the call out fee and how it was the weekend and the call out fee has to be high amount. Some won’t pick my calls.
