Whether Cintas or the previous ABC Fire Protection Services, the technicians and office are top-notch providing annual service inspections at our condominium building, detailing what needs to be done and answering any questions so we are fully informed of what needs to be done and why.

Today, Tuesday, August 13, 2024, I was charged $67.50 for an inspection. $10.00 was for the inspection, however, an additional $52.50, for a 6 year maintenance, appeared on my credit card. Mr. Rutherford was sure to require that I pay with the credit card, I phoned your offices after I arrived home and noticed the charged amount. The young lady who answered the phone was not able to give an explanation for what a 6 year maintenance was or why it was needed.
