Today, Tuesday, August 13, 2024, I was charged $67.50 for an inspection. $10.00 was for the inspection, however, an additional $52.50, for a 6 year maintenance, appeared on my credit card. Mr. Rutherford was sure to require that I pay with the credit card, I phoned your offices after I arrived home and noticed the charged amount. The young lady who answered the phone was not able to give an explanation for what a 6 year maintenance was or why it was needed.
ABC Fire is one of the best to work with in Ohio. They have done many inspections for the facilities I manage and they are quick, affordable, and professional. Kayla and Bill will always go the extra mile to help with scheduling and ensure work is completed in a timely manner. Thank you!
