I visited the New this wine store s with the intention of exploring and purchasing some wines, as I live across the street and was hoping and try the wine tasting they offer. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite the shop being open, the staff were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. I felt unwelcome and was treated with a lack of basic courtesy. the people that work here are in drugs. I went asking for some liquor and they insulted me for nothing. I am soooo upset. It is March 22nd at 6 pm at Doral 41 street store.I don’t know the names of the employees but if a manager reads my review please do something about it. That is why your stores are closing.
Worst customer service. Stay away from this place. Employees are so rude.
It seems like they have a decent selection, but the major roadblock for me is they will not deliver to my freight forwarding company 10 minutes from the closest store. If they would change thier policy I would order from them.
