Absolutely terrible customer service. I live in 6 Creeks in Kyle. Brand new fence. Wind blew the whole panel down. I’ve called ABC Fence twice and they have not helped me at all. Unacceptable. Wish my neighborhood would have used a different fence company. Luckily I don’t have a dog full time in my backyard.
The 4x4 list literally snapped in half. Lennar had them assemble the fences and they could not have done a worse job. Everyone in the neighborhoods fence is falling down.
Horrible job installing fences at Lennar's new Riverhill community in Georgetown, TX. Many residents with dire fencing problems and some even with entire section of fences down altogether. It's been uncovered that ABC Fence didn't bother pouring concrete to hold down the posts, and without concrete they barely dug deep enough to properly entrench the fences.
