Unprofessional. I am traveling and needed a barber came across your business. I made an appointment through your website for an 10:45 am it's 11am and no respond.
One of the worst places to get a haircut. Barbers are completely incompetent. Definite language barrier so they wont understand how you want your haircut, and if they do, they have no idea on how to cut it, and instead of taking accountability for their incompetence, they proceed to cut your hair regardless and the finished product is a haircut which is identical to the cut a 5 year old with some shears did. Highly doubt these "barbers" are capable of cutting hair or if they even have a single thought running in their heads.
WARNING! DO NOT GOT HERE, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE! I have never been so unsatisfied with any services I have received until my experience here. I went in and asked for a hair cut and ombré. After everything was done, I was not happy with the coloring process but the stylist (Jenny) kept assuring me that the coloring that I received was in fact ombré.
