Amanda C, We wanted to address your rating of ABC Electric. It is our understanding that an agreement had been reached with Michael C which corrected this misunderstanding. We had hoped the agreement would lead to a more favorable rating from you. We would ask that you contact us if there is more that we need to do.
I went to have them install 200 amp service for me. They originally told me 1700 but I got a bill for 2400. I asked Bob and he told me that the service from my roof cost more. I was never informed of that as I would have not done it. They also did not hook my wires up to the house correctly and an LES technician had to correct the issue. He also charged me for 8 hours of labor and it was 6 I asked him he said " Well I have to pay my workers 8 and that took most of their work day plus I have to get the materials ready."
