I did an electrical panel upgrade with ABC. Jordan, the technician was very friendly, informative and respectful. He got everything done in a timely manner and everything wad done tidily. He also came back when there was a minor issue (and even made a 2nd trip on the same day when I had an urgent matter come up on the original appointment time) and took care of it. I would definitely recommend ABC Electric to anyone looking for a team of reliable and trustworthy electricans!
We had ABC come out in February for some basic panel mapping and to take a look at our upstairs to eventually put in a fan. The work was never completed - on either count and some of the labels on the label are just wrong. Adding this review now because we've had some remodeling work done on the basis that the electrical was accurately mapped out and now we find out that breakers are mislabeled and that some junction boxes mentioned in the labeling aren't connected at all. I wasn't thrilled with my experience with ABC. I was charged over $1,000 for 3.5 hours of work with minimal materials (<$100 of supplies). In retrospect, I suspect I could have gotten this work done for not much more than half this price from another company. The electrician told me it would take him about an hour to install the new outlet I wanted, but it ended up taking over two hours--and this was with me still doing all the cleanup myself. ABC Electric did great work updating our panel, replacing knob and tube, adding new light switches, and upgrading all of our outlets. We were a bit nervous scheduling out a month in advance, but once they arrived the work was well done. Professional, efficient, and reasonable pricing. When we got to the end, and I forgot about two outlets, their team had an electrician swing by between jobs to help us out.
Absolutely the best electricians! Eric is awesome. Thoughtful and thorough. They’ve done several jobs for us and are affordable and reliable and return calls promptly!
