My van died a few weeks ago. showing 3/8s of gas remaining. Thought I still had gas. ABC took my van, told me it was my fuel pump. 600 bux. . well, I go in to pick it up and they tell me my gas gage is also off and they thought that was the problem. But checked my pump and said it was bad. I thought nothing of it. They didnt show me the "bad fuel pump" well today. guess what I'm on 3/8s gas. My van does and acts exactly how it did when ABC Took it. I went and got a gas can.. puree gas in my van.. IT STARTED RIGHT UP! MY FUEL... read more

Miranda, This is Daniel Bryan. I am the General Manager of ABC Drive Train. I am sorry that you are having this issue with your van and we would be more than happy to check it out and make sure that you do not have another faulty pump. The sending unit that sends the signal to the gauge is part of the pump. If it something that we did we will stand by our work 100%. It is not normal for Nissans to have gauge issues so it more likely to be a faulty part not the gauge. We will reach out to you tomorrow to see how we can help.

Dealership told me they couldn't find the problem with my vehicle, sent it home and said when the check engine light comes on or you get stranded we will check again! Called, took the car in, 2 1/2 hours later ABC called, found the problem and would have it done the next day, only because they needed a part. Excellent service, friendly staff, answered all questions and best of all, reasonably priced. Guess where we are taking our cars for service going forward?? Thanks ABC
They were quick to diagnose my car's problems. There was an unusual problem locating a part that would fit my car, but the staff went above and beyond to track down a part. I really appreciate how they kept in contact with me and were willing to answer all the questions I asked. I hope I don't need car repair service again any time soon, but I am glad to know there is a shop I trust to use again.
