Very disappointed in the service my mother inalws apartment received today i know it was probably payment issues with the slum lord but nothing was fixed with the leak issue All y'all did was push snow and ice around and left at end of the day which i understand y'all have family to go to but i have friends family who live here and have no water
No confusion during the process. Had a small question early on, but it was handled quickly.
Made an appointment with a human being about an emergency plumbing issue. Asked them to verify with me that they would absolutely service our area, given the address and all, they reassured me yes. I wait two hours, call back for an ETA, and some lady finally calls me named Rebecca, says they are only in Akron and don’t service that area. Says it was their answering service!!!
