UPDATE......5/10/26 My senior citizen mothers experience was awful.And I stand on everything that I said. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! What an awful experience not only did the workers leave a mess in my mom's apartment. They brought the wrong tub to install both times, it was just a confusing, stressful, and a chaotic process on my elderly mother. Mary has the worst customer service.Whoever put her in charge needs to be fired right along with her. I do not recommend this company at all.
Terrible service and the receptionist was so arrogant and argumentative, they did not clear the drain and they sent pictures of a clear line but the pictures were of PCV pipes which were the wrong pictures, we don't have PCV pipes, the time stamp on the pictures said 12:04 am and they were there in the afternoon around 3 or 4, and the drain backed up 3 days later, I called another company out and they cleared the drain and everything is draining great. Warning against ABC plumbing. Called them to unclog the drain at my dad's house. The guy came in and looked at me appraisingly, charged $95, said he doesn't have the ability to cut the metal plug to access the clean out. Said we need a new clean out the cost will be from $1,000 to $5000. Today a normal guy came cut off the stopper within 5 minutes. Access the clean out, cut through all the roots and gunk that was preventing the drain from working. Total cost under $300.
This was the worst experience. We do NOT RECOMMEND!!!
