The insurance company hired this company to fix a sewer line and they cut a chunk of our driveway out randomly one day to replace sewer line last February and then never came back to fill hole until just the other day. They did not fix the problem and were trying to leave a 3 ft pipe sticking out of the middle of our driveway and were just going to cement around it. I was referred to ABC when we started having a water heater leak. From the beginning, Mary and her team were extremely professional. I explained the situation over the phone, and was able to get a diagnostic visit to confirm our 11-year water heater needed replacement. We called the office back later that day, and Mary was able to squeeze in a replacement appointment later that afternoon. Terrible company. Extremely rude employees who think they're better than everyone else. Do not hire them. They don't even clean up after themselves.
