We installed a gate operator for this customer on an existing gate. There were issues with the operation and structure of the gate itself. We should not have installed the operator before the gate issues were taken care of. Unfortunately, we did install the operator and it would not reliably operate the gate. The customer was not willing to address the gate issues. Therefore, we removed the operator and gave the customer her money back.
