Dentist is amazing, dental assistant is amazing Receptionist is not. Doesn’t know what’s going on in the clinic even if she says she is aware of the situation. They should find somebody who knows how to talk to people.

I’m giving 2 stars not because of Dr. To’s competence, she is an excellent dentist who takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Her professionalism and care are truly appreciated. However, my experience was significantly impacted by the assistant’s behavior. She was consistently impolite, often failed to answer calls, and even hung up on me during a conversation. This is the best pediatrician dentist office in the entire world! My son didn’t want to cooperate with any dentists before but the staff here is amazing. We came for check up and everything was amazing! I truly thank you for the great experience!
We were referred to this clinic by Dr. Erica Abbey, and from the very first phone call for a second opinion, we felt welcomed. We left our initial visit with Dr. Charette with hope and reassurance. My 5-year-old daughter has always been very scared of dental visits—so much so that the only way she could have her teeth treated elsewhere was under general anesthesia.
