Happy to have found ABC Counseling!!! Working with my therapist was a truly positive and healing experience. They helped me better understand and manage my anxiety while also building my self-worth in a supportive and nonjudgmental way. I also want to recognize the billing team, who were always kind, clear, and helpful, which made the process much easier and less overwhelming. I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism of the entire team.
I tried to obtain therapy here. I missed the first consult, that's on me. They scheduled a make up consult but sent the invite as a calendar invite and not an email as they did with there first one. I couldn't find the invite to the make up consultation so I emailed them 4 minutes before the scheduled time and asked for the invite link. They ignored me. So I guessed the Doxy address (The platform they used on the first consult that I missed) for the counselor and checked in. I sent them a few more emails asking for the link,... read more
