Please never use that counseling, they are not there for you to help, they are not keeping the time frame to prepare the paperwork you need it, they are not communicating, no cooperation with the clients, they should not offering counseling at all. Complaints to the court will fallow. Waist of money, waist of time.
Please be advised that this provider is very bad They ditch your phone calls, they ditch your requests Mary had more than a week to provide me updated evaluation paperwork (my attorney recommended this counseling place) and she made several excuses not to provide paperwork in time. After being confronted when the file can be ready - she said whenever it will be - I understand all of us made mistakes but treating people like that is not alright.
