I have mixed emotions they do offer a good price for services so you have to appreciate that. But besides that and know you.get what you pay for. But these ladies are obviously tired of their job. I came to this site when I was looking for reviews on this place and I ended up choosing this place solely because of the great reviews. I am a first time dog mom and was very anxious and worried about my girl dog getting this surgery done. We were bringing our dog from Niles to get neutered and was running late due to all the road construction, We tried several times calling and left a message saying we were running a bit late and never got a response back. After we got there we we only five minutes late and was told that the doctor is refusing us! I know there are rules and regulations but these irresponsible jerks could of at least called to say it was to late instead of the rudeness we encountered!
