I left my information on his voice-mail, but no one has responded and it's been over 2 weeks ago. I'm glad it wasn't an extreme emergency.
When Joe came out to my house I could quickly tell he has been doing this a long time and is able to do a great job! Joe had his helper quickly put a temporary cover on my leaking chimney while a permeant replacement can be ordered. I've noticed some here on google have voiced their 'negative' experiences however, my perception is that Joe likes to help people, but he can't be taken advantage of as a small business owner. Had appointment scheduled on Monday and they canceled it after canceling an appointment with another company and confirming. They suggested calling the other company back and hung up with no explanation. Very poor customer service.
