I have used this company before and had a very positive experience. However, this time, my experience has been very poor. I called to make an appointment for September 12 at 9:30. I took the morning off, and no one came. I texted around 9:40 and was told that the tech was working near my house. I said I needed to leave around 1 and I have heard nothing. I canceled my appointment, because quite honestly, who wants to work with someone who isn't responsive.
