If I could've given a NO STAR rating I would have. They are rude as hell. My boss called them early this morning because she got the carpet in her basement soaking wet from a humidifier on her furnace that sprung a leak. They told her they'd check their schedule and call her back......they didn't. She called them again around 3 p.m. and described her problem and asked for a quote. They came out on time & did an amazing job on my furniture! Under the cushions were a disaster & they are spotless now! Even the microfiber chair looks brand new & it was dry in a couple hours! Great job & great service!
Very friendly, professional, and hard working men. I had carpeting that needed a deep cleaning from pet stains and they worked hard to remove them all. I was very impressed with their dedication to do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone!
