I will not recommend nor will I send anyone to this unprofessional business established , they will come and take your deposit and will stop answering the phone , then they make all kinds of excuses on why they can't come and finish the job, they will give you the run arounds and the wife Mary or Maria very rude and unprofessional. I will report them to the BBB , Texas Attorney General and Texas Consumers . All they do is take your money and then call with the lies . DO NOT TURST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!
I was a bit hesitant at first to contact this company after reading the negative reviews but there aren't many companies around that offer what I was looking for and since the reviews were a bit outdated I chose to give them a chance. Don't ever call them because they won't show up. My son made 2 different appointments with them and they have been no shows. Then they won't answer your call unless you call from a different number. Save yourself. I looked them up on the BBB and saw two complaints of the same thing No SHOWS!! They took other peoples money and they show up again. So very unprofessional!!!!!!!
I originally gave this business 5 stars, but have change it to 3 stars based on the recent experiences: Positive: This father son team does excellent work. I have purchase both window guards, air condition guards, and door guards from them on three separate jobs. They build the product themselves from solid steel and not tubular steel construction.
