We went today and spent 20 mins without anyone asking us if we needed help. Our daughter was looking for a bike. A sales person came over and took the bike off the shelf that my daughter was looking at for someone else and said she had plenty and would be back to help us. Another 10 mins go by, she comes back inside and proceeded to help another customer instead of coming back to help us. Disappointed and will not be back to get our daughters bike. We will take our business elsewhere.
I can't say enough about Michelle, Rick, and the entire staff at ABC. Not only the most helpful and knowledgeable for your cycling needs, but tremendous partners in the community supporting many great causes!
The employees and ownership at ABC are amazing, their continued support for the local cycling community is unmatched.
