I continue to receive mixed service. While dropping off my bike to be serviced the technician was friendly and helpful. I paid for the service in full and was instructed to call when I arrived to pick up, & someone would put my bike on my rack. Ensuring contactless delivery. First the person who answered the phone was indecisive as to whether or not I had already paid. This is supposed to be “my bike shop” as I purchased my Trek here. I have had less than stellar service in the past but yet here I am, sitting outside a closed store front. Apparently they are only open 4 days a week. Obviously COVID has affected (effected((I never know which is correct))) this business. But as I sit outside catching my breath, their door opens!
