I went in to make an exchange and was surprised by how unclear the process was. The only posted policy said “exchanges within seven days with a receipt,” but nothing mentioned that items had to be checked in at the front. When staff approached me about it, the tone felt accusatory, which made the experience uncomfortable. Clear signage and a friendlier approach would make the process much smoother for customers.
