Workers were very rude and sarcastic to my mom and i, giving us a strange attitude as if we had did something to them.

I've been going here for years. Yesterday, I realized why I tend to walk out frustrated and at times, canceling my braid appointment. They assume everyone coming in, is knowledgeable about what they are there for. Assistance is unavailable, when you do ask it's rushed, limited, lacks details and is usually inaccurate.
