AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! My family and I went to purchase a car listed for $11,400.. Put down 3k and when we went to finance the price suddenly became over $25k (way more than the online disclosure fine print)!! We obviously no longer wanted the car at that price, but they wouldn’t give us back our $3k down payment!! I just wanted to let you know this dealership has the WORST customer service ever I've ever had in my life. I feel bad for anyone who try to buy a car from you guys. In fact if you guys were real and guine you would respond to this email. But I doubt you will because after Waiting 1hour on hold, whoever is in charge of answering phones said you weren't there even after saying he would get you three different times. Stay away from this dealership. I called and even the customer service lady had a bad attitude. I asked her what other extra fees were added to the car sale and she said she didn't know. I told her that I was far from the dealer and wanted more information specially because all car.com customers rated them with 1 star. 20 customers out of 20 customers rated them with 1 star. We have outstanding credit and can get approved anywhere. We answered an add for a listed $10,800 vehicle. We were expecting to get out the door for around 13,000 but the total came to over 17,000 due to hidden $3,000 “certification fees” as well as another fee for $2,000.
