Worst service. Don't let the police tow your car here. Horrible horrible. If you try to retrieve your vehicle on a saturday you should forget.
Horrible customer service! As if getting into an accident isn’t bad enough, these people add fees on top of fees. They charged us $150 to move our car to the front which took less than two minutes. This place is ridiculous. When we called the price was $300 to get the car out, ended up paying over $500! They cause more damage to the vehicles in the way that they move them around. 0/10 would never recommend. Only gave one star because you can’t give 0 but that’s what it deserves, 0 stars.
My car was stuck in the ditch 4 houses 🏠 from mine , Why did the tow truck take it to the storage lot , ??? Just so he could make more money 💴 😡. I get there and it’s $398
I had a terrible experience with Collision Zone Auto Storage. They threw my keys away, left my car sitting in the mud, and then had the nerve to charge me a hefty $500 fee. To make matters worse, they actually damaged my car further while it was in their care. This level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint. Avoid this place if you value your vehicle and peace of mind.
