The customer service at this dealership is the worst I've ever experinced at a reputable business. The prices on the cars look great, but when you see the cars in person they are absolutely horrible (you get what you pay for) and complete junk! They are so shady about the customer looking into the previous history on the vehicle, they won't even give you a car fax (what reputable dealer doesn't give a car fax!), thank god I did not make a purchase! I was a first time buyer , and bought a Ford Five Hundred for myself and a SAAB 93 for my wife from this Dealer. For the test drive, it was really good, and they didn't even push me. The Sales Person just told me about the car and the problem with it's light. The Next Day i took the cars to Mechanic, in which he said they're in pretty good shape. STAY FAR AWAY! I have never seen such a poor dealership before. These people are some of the biggest liars and scammers I have seen. There was a problem with a sensor on a car I bought from them which was causing the check engine light to come on. They promised to repair the sensor and when I came back and bought the car the engine light was off, so I believed them and thought the sensor was fixed. This place was absolutely horrible and I would never, EVER recommend going there to buy a car. The first salesman was very friendly and "honest," saying the car was in good shape. He promised that if I wanted to take it to a mechanic, to please have it back in two hours. I returned the next day to take the car to my mechanic and the owner treated me with such disrespect and with so much hostility that I decided to forgo the car. I seen some things but not like this ! when i went to abc auto sales it was so no pressure. the sales man was not down my face sayin buy buy buy buy! He was very respectful . I ended up with a great clean ride at a good price best yet a warranty 90 days including all major components ! at no cost to me. Because of the fact that this place is the best i have been buying cars from them for a while now . im currently on my 7th car and still they are in great running shape (keepin mind use vehicle) in side and out . I bought a volvo CX90 and I absolutely love it. The customer service was excellent, they were very helpful and my car runs great! I recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle. P.S. they even picked me up from the airport.

THE WORSE PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!!! – A Month ago I got a car from this place, the salesman told me it was in good condition, I live in Colorado Springs, the soon I took I-25 (6 blocks away from the dealer) the car brooked down, with motor problems, leaking, smoking... repairs???? A lot of money... DON'T BUY NOTHING FROM THIS PLACE , YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! RATAS!!!!!! they take your good money and get trash!!! they have to locations in Denver...but they are the same RATAS!!!!
