BEWARE: Our motorhome unexpectedly blew a hydraulic line as soon as we arrived in Myrtle Beach and setting up at the campground. We called several RV techs with no luck, one recommended this company. We called them, he was honest and said he would have time to work on it if we could bring the motorhome to them, so we brought it there. Owner Russell said he would get authorization from our extended warranty, which would cover this. Guy never showed or called back. If you want reliable try the next guy.
I’m sure there are better choices. These people will having thinking your saved. And then not answer your call when arrive. Save yourself the headache you will find yourself waiting for no one!
After calling them, and being told they could do the work I needed. I called back cause he said he would look for the part. Then stops answering my calls or responding. Very unprofessional, if I were you I would look else where.
ADD problems with my brakes overheating call them on Thursday evening said they would be out Friday morning they did not come called in Friday evening said they'll be out Saturday morning they did not come call them Saturday evening said they come out Sunday morning they did not come kept saying they were sick at least they could have called me and let me know so I could go out to eat with my family
