I will NEVER walk into a ABC auto parts again. I can understand letting an employee go...but, to walk into a store and do it in front of staff and customers! Really!! How unprofessional and disrespectful can you get ......To many other parts stores to give my money to..... Really? So what good is calling in going to do. The ONLY thing that would help is you apologizing to the employee that you humiliated and embarrassed, to his face and online
