I was the ONLY customer in the store and did not get assistance or acknowledged not ONE time. Jay was on the phone. He answered two calls AND asked Eric to pick up the line. After I asked him for service, I still didn’t get it. As l got ready to leave the store, not one time did Jay say he would help me. There’s no way in hell I would step foot back in that store. Jay needs to be dealt with like FIRED!!!
I’ve been a mechanic most my life and this is the slowest parts store I’ve ever been in. Don’t waste your time and instead go to abc out by Walmart on estes. They are fast and reliable.
Jason Alvarado is the rudest person on Earth and they need to fire him. We have complained to the State AG. Rip off.

Stopped today for help to get turn signal fixed. Brady was awesome! Checked it and found bulb to be fine-was loose connection, and he fixed it with a smile and perfect professionalism!
