Raul gave great service from start to finish. He made it easy for me to drop off my car by meeting me at Enterprise where I was picking up my rental. He took my car from there. His communication throughout the service was phenomenal. We had some issues to work through with my insurance company and bank but he was patient as we worked through it. I had a great experience with Raul Davolos. He went above and beyond to help me. He was very generous helping me get a rental car for about 2 weeks while he repaired my car add waved my 500 Deductible. He was very patient answering all my text messages and calls. I am a very nervous person. I am so glad to be back in my car.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. Very unprofessional and shady. Offers “free estimates” but if you decide you rather take your business elsewhere, he might not give your car keys back. DO NOT GO HERE!!
