Rob was able to get a windshield and install it same day when all the other companies were going to be 4-5 days out. He was incredibly helpful, honest and caring. He went above and beyond to contact my insurance company for me and to make sure my daughter’s car was safe. He had the job done fast, for a great price, and was such a nice guy! He even cleaned all of the shattered glass out of the car! Highly recommend ABC Auto Glass!

For auto glass repair or replacement, this is the ONLY place to go! We've been doing business with this place for years and you won't find anyone better! Great quality, great customer service and great price. This guy will be pickier about your vehicle than you are! He even took the time to correct the last installer's imperfections and reset the windshield wiper positions. It's a small shop, so you get quality, experienced installation each and every time, not by some guy that just got hired on Tuesday.
This is bar none the best place to get any glass repair or replacement done in Grand Rapids. 5 star service all of the way. Rob was friendly and accommodating to my special circumstances. The facility was clean and large enough for me to easily get my 1 ton truck into. He did preventative maintenance on my truck where it was starting to rust under the old windshield. Came out the same day I called. Such a friendly guy! Made sure I knew what to do and not to do until the windshield was cured.
Exceptional, helpful, and friendly customer service and high quality work! I had a need for same day service and I didn't think I would be able to find anyone to accommodate my last minute needs, and ABC glass went above and beyond to replace our windshield.
