Same day delivery, 30-day parts and service warrantee with option to extend, friendly and competent. The salesmen and the mechanics are the same people, so they were able to give me some advice on installing some of the other appliances in my house, and offered to hook up my fridge for free. Good stuff.
I had a great experience with this company, looking for a used washer and dryer. I found them on Craigslist Sunday and went to the store Monday morning. They had a large selection and were very knowledgeable about the different brands. After showing me the inventory in my price range, I picked a set and asked for same day delivery. They delivered the set later that day, installed and tested it. Each employee was friendly and courteous. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.
I own several rental properties in the area and buy all of my appliances from ABC. All appliances come with a warranty which includes free pick up and repair, although I've never actually needed, it it's nice to know that it's there. Everything I've bought from them works great.
