Such a disappointment... Such a disappointment...I knew of this repair service from my friends having utilized them in the past, so when my washing machine began to leak, I didn't look any further, I called ABC immediately. I was able to easily schedule an appointment for a technician to come out to assess my washer, and was given a 4 hour arrival window. DO NOT USE!!! Wow, where do I start, if I co...Wow, where do I start, if I could give these guys ZERO stars I would as that is too many! Asked for them to come out and look at a dripping washer, got the quote and it was for $380 and this was with supposed $40 discount!! Great Service! I have always been weary of calling appliance repair companies to fix my appliances because of past bad experiences. My technichian was on time, very courteous and professional. He gave me a quote at a reasonable price before the work was done and I didnt have to pay a service call! Best of all the tech has the parts that were needed for the repair in stock so in turn my dryer was fixed as well as my ductwork being cleaned out within about 2 hours!
