Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would? Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! They definitely failed to answer all of my questions. I left with a nagging feeling that I didn't get all the information I came for. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
