I was transferred to a manager that was very rude about a doctor’s order. The order was faxed in weeks ago, and they just sat on it rather than tell us they needed something different. I had to call back 3 times before I got the rude manager to tell me that they needed an order written (by the same doctor!) on a different sheet of paper. If I hadn’t been persistent, I would have never known. She kept talking about be a “national company”. I guess I’d advise others to find a local company. I was having trouble with my machine, insurance, doctor’s approvals etc and Maraia helped me from start to finish and was absolutely wonderful. Great follow up, great customer service and went over and above to take care of me. Without her commitment and tenacity at resolving and assisting with my issues I do not know how I would have been able to resolve my issues. I can not recommend this location enough and especially Maraia! Thank you so much!
2 1/2 months waiting for a machine that was on recall switched companies to ABC. Still have no machine headgear falling apart Maskal together by tape a week ago they said they would rush it because they knew it was an emergency call today. They said they never said that. The manager hung up on me because I was angry.
for the past 1 year we have been trying to communicate with them for a machine and the staff are very rude and hang up when we ask them the status of the machine
These peoples at this company don't care if you get your order from them or not. Don't put no orders in with this company because you will not get. I am still waiting on my asthma machine every since 8:40 this morning and still haven't gotten it.
