Can I say a few choice cuss words!!!! THIS IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET NEW EQUIPMENT SINCE DECEMBER. I KEEP GETTING TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A MASK FITTING. THAT NEVER HAPPENS. I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET A SUPERVISOR. HE WANTED TO GIVE ME THE SAME OLD SONG AND DANCE, BUT FINALLY PASSED ME ON TO SOMEONE ELSE. Finally!! I GOT SOMEONE THAT WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT. STAY TUNED.
I had an appointment today to receive a replacement CPAP for my current machine which has been giving an end of motor life message for a few months. I was told that there was no sleep tech available. I said fine, I’ve been on over ten years, I’m a retired ICU nurse, I’ll just take my machine. Unfortunately, it is in Charlottesville. I got another appointment for more than a week from now. How in the world this company can have a 4 and a half star rating is beyond me. They have been the most infuriating company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have been incompetent from day one. They have verified that they have received orders from my doctors and have yet to deliver the proper equipment. Their drivers have called us to tell us they are on the way with our equipment (simple oxygen equipment) and have not yet had the right equipment on board 8 out of 9 times.
