I had an appointment today to receive a replacement CPAP for my current machine which has been giving an end of motor life message for a few months. I was told that there was no sleep tech available. How in the world this company can have a 4 and a half star rating is beyond me. They have been the most infuriating company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have been incompetent from day one. They have verified that they have received orders from my doctors and have yet to deliver the proper equipment. Very thorough and informative instruction. It was during the covid -19 period but Will, the ABC rep that assisted me, gave efficient and clear information. Also, when I had a question after the initial meeting, he responded promptly and my question was immediately answered. Amended Review 5/2024 ABC Health was a good company. ABC Apria is NOT!
