The receptionist at desk in hampton office is wonderful/helpful. fiv stars!!! This company: set me up to fail from the start of services. company has been harassing me with auto calls to me and i will have to file a formal compliant for company to stop. NO ONE seems to read records, to know what is going on with my acct. YUK!!! total confusion in providing services
(Feb 2018) Tammy found an at-home O2 solution for my dog in less than 2 hours, which was the difference of him coming home for the weekend or staying in emergency another few nights. Benji had been at the emergency vet for 4 days already after syncopal episodes (he's 14 and they diagnosed him with pulmonary hypertension, and was basically passing out/seizing if he lost too much O2 from exertion). Put in a script for 2 items of DME on a Monday, call Friday to check on status and I'm told the "RX" slipped through the cracks, not acted upon. Are THEY going to come to our house to help move my mother because of their incompetence? I'll bet their is most likely a bill created for services NOT rendered. Now, my mother has to sit on her chair until they bother to get her rolator delivered. I'm glad I don't give the same level of service to my patients in an ER setting.
Been having a problem with apria for more than a year with billing. Have Medicaid and supplies were ordered, delivered and paid for by insurance but company continually mailed and called me about payment for supplies, claiming I owed for items. Have been on the phone with their staff and Medicaid to resolve billing, they agree while on the phone, no money due, but redo the same billing efforts the next month. Also sent to a collections company, they are really not equipped to process and complete billing with insurance
This place is absolute garbage my daughters pulmonologist put in a script with them for respiratory supplies saying turn around is two days tops here I am three days later with my daughter now in the hospital receiving the medication! I have this medication sitting on my counter awaiting the machine that they haven’t even shipped yet. Tried tracking it and it states my order doesn't even exist. I wouldn’t recommend at all but shouldn’t be suprised Tricare chooses shitty company’s to do business with.
