Been having a problem with apria for more than a year with billing. Have Medicaid and supplies were ordered, delivered and paid for by insurance but company continually mailed and called me about payment for supplies, claiming I owed for items. Have been on the phone with their staff and Medicaid to resolve billing, they agree while on the phone, no money due, but redo the same billing efforts the next month. Also sent to a collections company, they are really not equipped to process and complete billing with insurance
This place is absolute garbage my daughters pulmonologist put in a script with them for respiratory supplies saying turn around is two days tops here I am three days later with my daughter now in the hospital receiving the medication! I have this medication sitting on my counter awaiting the machine that they haven’t even shipped yet. Tried tracking it and it states my order doesn't even exist. I wouldn’t recommend at all but shouldn’t be suprised Tricare chooses shitty company’s to do business with.
Very kind staff. I was seen right away and staff completed everything I was being seen for and answered all questions.
Miss Cassandra was so pleasant and greeted me with kindness! Mr. Tony was informative and helpful getting my cpap machine back to working correctly! Nice people and nice facility!
The service from the people I dealt with at the "local branch" was fine up and until I returned the equipment and they continued to fraudulently charge me and my insurance for 8 months - I called customer service and spent HOURS on the phone to resolve to be told it was resolved and that they would stop billing me only to have them continue billing me - they are rude and condescending and when you ask them to correct the mistake they say things like they need to contact the "local branch" but it doesnt get resolved.
