Didn’t even go in. Experience was trash just from calling them. Called on behalf of my boyfriend long story short a lady sounded foreign hung up on me so I called back and she started ranting on how she needs to talk to the patient I’m trying to tell her they can’t talk they are not in the condition to talk. I told her it was rude and unprofessional of her to do that and talk to me like that and she just started shouting “ok good luck” cutting me off as she hung up on me again
Tried to schedule an appointment for a senior relative. The receptionist with the heavy accent hung up on me so I called right back and politely said we must have been cut off. She asked what days and I tried to set up appointment in February. She said go to emergency room or call back two days before I want to come in. It was sketchy. Obviously not interested in scheduling appointments.
