This company is either completely incompetent or flat-out dishonest — maybe both. I hired them to diagnose a problem with my AC, and they told me I needed a major part replaced. Their quote? Over $2,200. Thankfully, something didn’t sit right with me, so I called another company for a second opinion. The new technician immediately found the real issue — something minor — and fixed it on the spot for $200. The expensive part the first company wanted to replace wasn’t even broken!
