I never really had a problem with this facility. First crown install, crown cracked, they replaced it. Now, the crown came off a day after a cleaning. 5-6years after install. Being upset, you call and say I needs to be reinstall( I cemented it in with a $5 emergency paste from Walgreens in the meantime), The dentist has an attitude, because you can’t criticize anything the medical professionals do, and insists it from home loss. Dr. Murphy placed 4 new crowns for me. The entire process was completely painless. It was the best Dental experience of my 70 years. I would strongly recommend Baus Family Dental to my friends and family.
The best dentist ive ever been too! Missy was the most skilled hygienist ive ever had, and she made my scaling procedure go so smoothly! She was constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and put me at ease! Cannot reccomend them enough for people nervous of dental work!
