Ok let's just call a spade a spade. Abby use to be good cause everything was made in store including the ranch dressing and pizza sauce (i worked there when the orginal owner cared Roger, before the sale). Now alot doesnt taste the same. I had a Taco pizza today, it looked great, but it was way over seasoned,extremely salty and the taco sauce was horrible. So sad to see that another corporate has taken over and cut corners to make a bigger profit. The ranch was ugh and of course not made fresh like it use to be.
We Google searched our local Abbys to place an online order. Our local chain pops up. The 'Direction' button and mileage from us are shown and are correct. We clicked on the 'website' button and it takes you to a completely different chain location to order from. (try it) In huge white letters it says 'menu' and in small letters it says the location, with a backdrop of food. So it's misleading and hard to spot the error. Ordered an on line delivery from beacon drive abbys in grants pass at 5:00 pm. Total came to $64 and change, waited over 3 hours and no delivery. Called the store 4 times, talked to a Jason and Dan. Was assured it would be any minute. At 8:20 pm called the last time and was told my order was cancelled. If I could give no stars I would
We are at the Abby's in Redmond Oregon and the mgr was very rude . We will not be back
Had a minor issue with a coastal Abby's and Suzanne did a great job making it right. We love the pizza.
