We had been wanting to try our Abby's in Springfield . Ordered online last night just like every other time only this time website changed my order from my usual of being delivered to in house pick up, after waiting 2 hours I called to see where my order was only to be informed that it was for takeout, after a brief argument I finally asked the person on the phone how we could resolve the problem only to him just tell me that it was my problem!!!!! They offer broasted chicken, but it is not really broasted as they do not put the lids down and seal them to broast, they just throw the chicken in and deep fry it. But you still have to pay the price for broasted. When I brought it to the managers attention, she said there was something wrong with the broasters and she couldn't close the lids. Then she proceeded to say she doesn't think there is a difference anyways. I gave it a couple of months to have the issue fixed, then ordered it again and it was done the same way. Ne... read more
