hour and 45 minute wait. had to call to find it. was told it was on its way so 10 minutes later I call again and was told it had just left again Cuz they forgot half the order.... worst abbys ever! and wasn't gonna pay for cold pizza

Ordered chicken & spuds, chicken was burnt beyond belief, they remade the chicken but it was just as burnt & unedible!!!

Cashier had a bad attitude Salad bar had OLD LETTUCE and old peas mixed in with old peas And who only has a 1 time trip through salad bar anymore??? Pizza was good but we won't be back!

The food is always good the servers are nice and friendly. However the second time in a row it took almost a hour and half to get our food. But remember the food is great

Sutherlin is one of the best locations I've visited -it's hard to choose one location! There was only one Abby's I ever disliked, about 6 years ago, and it wasnt in Douglas County.
