I went in yesterday to eat and the manager was so incredibly rude when I went to order that I left. times are hard enough these days without being treated so rudely.

Ordered online last night just like every other time only this time website changed my order from my usual of being delivered to in house pick up, after waiting 2 hours I called to see where my order was only to be informed that it was for takeout, after a brief argument I finally asked the person on the phone how we could resolve the problem only to him just tell me that it was my problem!!!!! RecommendedGood pizza, interesting billing “policy”. We got all this for $42. The most I have ever paid for a 16 inch pizza and a salad. $4.20 of which was to “modify” an already paid for cheese pizza.

RecommendedGood food but I went there today to pick up my order and literally watched the assistant manager make my food with her bare hands. Is it protocol to not make orders with gloves on?

Reese, thanks for your feedback on our food. We're glad you enjoyed it! When it comes to handling pizza we encourage both glove wearing and hand washing. Employees are allowed to make pizza without gloves but need to wash their hands after handling each pizza.
