This place is awesome, so loving, and caring, I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone.
They take very good care of my mini schnauzer who can be very skittish while being groomed. If Heidi is relaxed you know they are good.
Today my dog Sam turned his head while being groomed and his ear was accidentally cut by the clippers. He was okay and I understand accidents happen. Mo was so upset and caring toward my little buddy! Offering her personal cell number if I needed to reach her, willing to pay for a vet visit if his ear needed attention, and comping my grooming fee. Abby's went above and beyond what was necessary and I recommend them whole-heartedly. They are the best! And don't worry Mo, Sam the Man is just fine!
