Not only called me, but we went back and forth concerning the replacement of my 2015 SMART car. After explaining why I was replacing this with another was for electric windows. It was a good conversation. Electric Windows on a 2009 with 73,217 miles cost could not be justified with my 2015 SMART with 15,934 just did not make the change worth further investigation. However, the dealership has been attentive to my needs. Respectfully submitted, Franklin Palmer
