No point in making an Appointment. Mines was 10:15am. Its 1:16pm & I am still waiting. I went to Dr Abby Jamaica location last week, did blood work, cancer screening & was out in an hour & a half. I am never coming back to the Bklyn location & just may have to change both PCP & Gyn. Yall need to do better. This Long time patient is very disgruntled. If I could give it a begstive star I would.

Long wait time poor service. Needs house cleaners the place looks a unsanitary mess with poor attitude and service 😒 🙄

This place has one bathroom it always smells like poop 🤧💩the wait is always longer than expected!! even with appointments.also you will get there and the doctor don’t want to see no patients when they suppose to close at about 4 they will close anytime without you being seen or treated. Emmanuel fashakin is the best doctor there you will not like the others . Don’t go there find somebody else

Took an obscene amount of time for them to do a routine checkup. The bathroom at this location cannot be used to go number 2 and you must throw all toilet paper in the trashcan. All staff was incredibly rude and short tempered. To top all of this off they were abhorrently inefficient with the method in which they dealt with patients, as they took one patient, did 1 part of the checkup, then returned this patient and took the next instead of just taking and finishing one appointment at a time!
