I’m a local and I’ve been shopping there for years. Love the selection and the owner always goes the extra mile.
I feel like they need a little revamp. Just went in and the store is a mess, the person working didn’t say hello or goodbye, just sat on the computer. I asked about looking for an outfit for my son and she made a noise of acknowledgement and then basically ignored me. They used to have such cute clothes! I have shopped in the past and would try again, but wasn’t impressed this time.
This shop is clueless about e-commerce, and their website and communication methods are still stuck in early 2000. I placed an order on May 1st through the shop's website. Upon receiving an order confirmation, I noticed it lacked any details about my purchase, except for a message stating that my order would be shipped within 2 business days.
