We have leased a house for one year in East Shore in The Woodlands, TX. Abby manages this property. They have a very good communication system through a client portal that handles most things. We have had a few issues with the house that we reported. They got back to us right away and would send someone out at our convenience to evaluate and schedule the repairs. The contractors that have come out are excellent and courteous and do a great job. We could not have been more pleased with having Abby to help us.
Have used both Carol and Michael for our property management for 2 of our rentals over the past 2 years. They are very organized and send detailed monthly statements which is great. They have great communication between the tenants and then to me if there are issues or need anything resolved. Looking forward to many years ahead and highly recommend if in need of a property management group.
Abby Property Solutions has a very efficient team. I love working with Carol and Sean. They are quick, hardworking and truly understand the business. I'd recommend doing business with them.
They never return calls,they do not fix property, they over charge tenants and this is the worst property I have ever lived in I simply can not wait until the lease is up so I can get out of this nightmare
Sorry that I had to deal with them. Next time I know who not to ask to manage my property...
